How can your Church, Business, or Organization be a part . . .
Light the Night will be held on Friday October 31st.  at the Wagener Manufacturing Building parking lot from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  This is an outdoor event.

LTN will be set up as an outdoor fall festival.  Each booth will have an assigned space.  LTN is held for children up to 12th grade.  Each child/youth will receive a map when then enter, at each booth we ask the booth sponsors to mark off your booth number.  This ensures children/youth do not keep returning to your booth.  They are allowed to go to each booth once.  Adults are not allowed to participate at booths with the exception of our food booth.

We want to invite your business/organization to join with us for this great community event for our children and youth.  Sponsoring a booth is easy, it can be as simple as using a car trunk to pass out candy or treats, you can use games for the children to play.  There are many ways to run a booth.

As a booth sponsor you will need to bring tables, chairs, game, etc. We ask that booth sponsors treat each child with candy or a treat. Plan on 800-900 children this is based on last year’s attendance. We will have 4 large boom flood lights that will light the entire parking lot, however if you need electricity at your booth you will need to provide a generator.
Children will dress up, however we ask booth sponsors to not glorify evil, no witches, no scary decorations, think fall festival. Pumpkins are fine; fall/harvest theme decorations are great!

CTFK has a few games that people can reserve.  We encourage you to put signs or banners up or any information about your business/organization.  Let the community know who you are. Be creative.

Booth sponsors are asked to have their booths set up no later than 5:30 pm. It will take a few volunteers to run each both, you will need someone to mark off the maps for each child/youth and then volunteers to run the game and pass out candy/treats.
